INW Marketing SMS Program

What the program is

Inland Northwest Marketing LLC ("INW Marketing," "we") sends customer-care and order follow-up text messages related to residential fiber internet service you discussed with one of our representatives. Messages may include your service quote, order confirmation and status, installation reminders, and follow-ups on a conversation you had with your representative. We do not send promotional blasts, and we never message purchased lists.

How you opt in

You will only receive texts from us if you provided your mobile number and expressly agreed to receive text messages during a conversation with an INW representative — at your door or by phone — about fiber internet service at your address. Your representative asks for your consent verbally before any message is sent, and your consent is recorded with your order. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your order activity — typically 1–5 messages around a quote or installation, and no messages once your order is complete unless you contact us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you'll receive one final message confirming the opt-out. You can also opt out by calling 800-314-4696 or emailing [email protected].

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party.
