We market and sell residential fiber internet service as an authorized dealer under written dealer agreements with telecommunications providers. Customer orders are entered directly into the applicable provider's ordering systems in the customer's name; the provider — not INW — supplies, installs, and bills for the service. Our website provides information about our company, our provider relationships, our representative verification process, and our text messaging program.

3. Relationship to Providers

INW Marketing is an independent authorized dealer. We are not the internet service provider, and service availability, pricing, installation, equipment, and ongoing support are governed by the terms and conditions of the provider you select. Trademarks of the providers we represent are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the services we are authorized to sell.

4. Text Messaging

If you expressly consent to receive text messages from us, the messages, frequency, opt-out, and help procedures are described in our SMS Program disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Sales representatives who engage with our company do so as independent contractors, not as employees. The terms of the independent contractor relationship, including compensation, performance expectations, and obligations, are governed by a separate Independent Contractor Agreement. Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Inland Northwest Marketing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
